Final Coil are proud to present their latest album, The World We Inherited, on limited edition, black splatter vinyl. Specifically remastered for a vinyl release by studio legend Russ Russell (who also produced the original album), and with updated artwork from Andy Pilkington, this new edition is strictly limited to 100 copies. Additionally, as a thank you to the fans, Final Coil have dug into their archives to offer up a special EP of previously unreleased material including a live show captured in their home town of Leicester, two tracks demoed for the album but not included in the final track list, and two work-in-progress tracks providing insight into the creative process behind the album. Lovingly mixed and mastered by Final Coil frontman Phil Stiles, this unique appendix to the acclaimed album comes as a high-quality download and will be available with the limited edition vinyl and as part of the remastered The World We Inherited digital package. The World We Inherited returns, bigger and better than ever, on December 5th.

Established in 2008, Final Coil first made their mark with 2017’s Persistence of Memory, which was released via international label WormHoleDeath. The band released the acclaimed follow up, The World We Left Behind For Others, in 2019, which earned them slots at HRH Metal, as well as Fusion – Music Without Boundaries festival, where the band played the album in its entirety. Later, they opened for punk rock legends Shonen Knife at The underworld and Marky Ramone at The Garage. They returned in 2024 with the Russ Russell produced The World We Inherited, released via Sliptrick Records. The album not only earned them a coveted slot at Bloodstock Festival, but also propelled them to European stages, including a sold-out headline show at Paris’ famed Supersonic nightclub with Vestige and Desertfest regulars Homecoming. With 8 album of the year accolades so far, The World We Inherited is the band’s most successful effort yet, and these are the final dates in support before Final Coil return to the studio to produce its much-anticipated follow up.

Final Coil will be launching the expanded vinyl edition of The World We Inherited with a headline show at The Black Heart in London’s Camden Town – the same venue where they launched the initial release of The World We Inherited back in January 2024. Joining Final Coil will be The River, performing a special acoustic set, Hats Of Gentlemen It’s Adequate and special guests Opensight.
