Further details:
Following last year’s European tour with Zakk Wylde, and UK tour with Walter Trout, Wisconsin-bred guitarist returns to the UK on 21st June for a series of club dates and festival appearances in June and July, including Ramblin’ Man Fair (29 July) and Steelhouse Festival (30 July).
To coincide with Jared’s return to the UK, Listenable Records will release the official music video “Last Chance” on Friday 16th June. The single is now available on digital download from Amazon. “Last Chance” is the first single taken from Jared’s new studio album “Black Magic” to be released this coming September.
“Last Chance is easily the hardest-hitting song I’ve ever wrote,” says Jared. “I completely let it all hang out and went WILD! Even the guitar solo is ‘off the wall’, blazing fast, and absolutely crazy. I needed to set the bar high for the new record and come out with a BANG!”
The new single, produced by Tony Perry (Joe’s Son) and Jared James Nichols, features drummer Aquiles Priester (Angra, WASP, Tony McAlpine), and is mixed by Jay Ruston (Stone Sour, Anthrax). The video is directed by Ben Strang c/o Blueprint Motion Pictures.
Hailed as one of the most exciting new blues rock guitarists around, Jared is no stranger to UK audiences. In 2015 he embarked on a full European tour with Lynyrd Skynyrd, followed by an extensive UK tour supporting the legendary Glenn Hughes, where he won over critics with across-the-board rave reviews. The band features Dennis Holm (drums), Jared James Nichols (guitar, vocals), and Erik Sandin (drums).
