FOZZY has posted a new video featuring an interview with front-man Chris Jericho. In this exclusive interview, Chris discusses the differences between touring with WWE and FOZZY, plus what’s coming up for FOZZY in the months ahead. Watch the video below:
FOZZY are currently completing work on their new studio album, set to be released this summer via Century Media Records.
The band will kick off the touring cycle in the UK with the following shows:
06. June 2012 (UK) London – Underworld (with Ugly Kid Joe)
07. June 2012 (UK) Wolverhampton – Slade Rooms (with Soil)
09. June 2012 (UK) Donington Park – Download Festival
11. June 2012 (UK) London – Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards (riverboat performance) Indigo (O2 Arena)
Lead singer Chris Jericho will also host the aforementioned Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards in the UK.
More touring will be announced soon. However, FOZZY have just been confirmed for the third annual Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival that returns this August and September for more than 30 shows throughout North America. The main stage features multi-platinum rock bands such as Shinedown, Godsmack, Stained and Papa Roach. In addition, the Ernie Ball Stage and Jägermeister Stage in the festival area will include performances from headliners P.O.D., as well as FOZZY and their labelmates IN THIS MOMENT, just to mention a few.
