Oriental metal pioneers ORPHANED LAND release their long-awaited live show – A Heaven You May Create – a tribute to the band’s 30th anniversary, which they celebrated with a special show accompanied by a symphony of 60 players in Israel’s “hall of fame” – the Heichal HaTarbut in Tel Aviv – with 2,500 people in attendance.
The concert was filmed and recorded in 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic, which brought the entire world economy to a standstill. A special gap between lockdowns, where the world seemed normal again for a short period of time, allowed ORPHANED LAND to play a special show at the Heichal HaTarbut in Tel Aviv.
Together with the album comes a new live video for ‘Ocean Land (The Revelation)’, which shows one of the most beloved songs from the band’s renowned album Mabool as a classic arrangement and a huge symphonic orchestra. The song tells the story of the flood and the revelation that it will turn into an ocean land due to the sins of mankind.
