Internationally renowned animal rights activists The Way Of Purity will make their long-awaited return with the ‘Biteback’ EP on March 26th 2012. The EP, which will be released by Wormholedeath (a subdivision of Aural), features three tracks including new song ‘the eternal damnation of Rene Descartes’ which is already available online. The artwork, which will be printed in digipack form, was once again created by Machine Room and can be seen at the top of this post. Typically provocative it perfectly encapsulates the band’s stimulating and thought-provoking music.

The band’s previous release was the quite excellent ‘crosscore’, a CD that combined a strong message with disturbing imagery and a sense of musical and ethical integrity rarely heard in today’s disingenuous market. It is without doubt that ‘Biteback’ will continue that style and continue to challenge mankind’s arrogant and baseless assertion that they alone deserve to dominate the planet.
